Final supervision fee depends on project size, location, construction stage, frequency of site visits, and required level of involvement.
IVANKO can assist with approved furniture, lighting, cabinetry, finishes, and selected interior purchases, including vendor communication and order coordination.
Additional site visits outside the agreed monthly scope are quoted separately based on project location and required involvement.

Instead of spending your days comparing dimensions, calling vendors, answering contractor questions, and wondering whether something is being installed correctly, you have one design point of contact protecting the original vision of the project.
Every project is different. Final fees are determined after reviewing the project scope, square footage, location, complexity, timeline, and requested level of involvement. A detailed proposal and scope of work are provided before the project begins.
Full Interior Design starts at $10 / sq. ft. and is subject to a minimum project fee. Procurement, site visits, and Design Supervision are priced separately unless included in a custom proposal.

Contractors and trades remain responsible for construction methods, field conditions, code compliance, safety, and execution.
